Welcome to Hits Media. These Terms and Conditions
govern your access to and use of the Hits Media website (hitsmedia.in
/ new2.hitsmedia.in) and digital marketing, web
development, SEO, branding, and cloud services.
Business Entity: Hits Media is a registered MSME Enterprise headquartered in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400701, India. By accessing our services or accepting a service proposal, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Scope of Digital & Technology Services
Hits Media provides full-service digital agency solutions, including but not limited to:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
- Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), & Paid Media Buying
- Website Design, Next.js / WordPress Web Development & E-Commerce Engineering
- Brand Identity, Logo Vector Design, & Business Stationery Packages
- Google Workspace Setup, Cloud Hosting, & Business Email Solutions
3. Payment Terms, Invoicing & GST
All service retainers, project milestones, and package fees must be paid as per the agreed quotation or invoice schedule.
- Invoices are issued in Indian Rupees (INR) for domestic clients or USD / equivalent for international clients.
- GST at the applicable Government rate (18%) is levied on domestic invoices in India.
- Direct ad spend for Google Ads or Meta Ads is paid directly by the client to the ad platform or funded in advance.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy (Strict Policy)
No Refunds Once Work Has Commenced: Due to the custom technical nature of digital marketing, strategy planning, SEO audits, media account setup, and website coding, all fees paid to Hits Media are non-refundable once campaign work, setup, or project onboarding has commenced.
Advance milestone payments or retainer deposits are non-refundable once resources have been assigned and execution has begun.
5. Intellectual Property & Deliverables Ownership
Upon 100% full invoice settlement, clients receive full ownership of custom website code, final logo vectors, graphics, and custom media content created specifically for their brand. Hits Media retains ownership of proprietary agency frameworks, preliminary draft concepts, and internal strategy tools.
6. Job Recruitment Scam Warning
Hits Media
NEVER requests candidate fees, registration charges, or
security deposits for interviews or job offers. Official HR communications take place exclusively through
official domain emails (@hitsmedia.in). Hits Media is
not responsible for fraudulent third-party scams.
7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
Hits Media works diligently using industry best practices. However, because search engine algorithms (Google) and social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn) constantly update their rules, Hits Media is not liable for third-party platform downtime or algorithmic fluctuations.
Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the Laws of India. Any legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Navi Mumbai / Thane / Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
