By accessing or using the services provided by Hits Media (hitsmedia.in), you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services & Engagement

Hits Media provides digital marketing, SEO, performance advertising, social media management, website development, and music distribution services subject to client master service agreements (MSA) and statement of work (SOW) documents.

2. Intellectual Property

All marketing copy, creative branding assets, websites, and campaign materials developed specifically for clients become client property upon full settlement of project invoices, unless specified otherwise (e.g. non-exclusive music distribution rights).

3. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of courts in Navi Mumbai / Mumbai, Maharashtra.
